Connecting Dots

By

By Christopher Stevenson

Sometimes things come together in unplanned and unexpected ways. Last week, Ron Jooss wrote a post for Nexus Connection encouraging credit unions to take better advantage of the good press they've garnered over the course of the past year. Yesterday, on this blog, John Belty, branch manager for $760 million TTCU, wrote to urge credit unions to leverage their unique position in the financial services landscape. Then yesterday, serendipitously, Goldenwest Credit Union demonstrated how a credit union can do both, as they leapt to the aid of the customers of a failed bank in their region.
