In recent history, two companies I've been working with on developing stories for CUES publications have both asked me the same question: "Say, do you mind if I ask how you justify your blogs?"


It's pretty clear to the publications and marketing groups at CUES that our blogs are an essential part of the conversation we want to have with members.


But hard core numbers? That's much tougher. And, honestly, a team of CUESers has recently been looking at various blog platforms to see if we can boost our ability to understand our metrics.


So we'll take your advice, and with your permission, pass it along to the folks who've been asking us ... How do you justify your blog? What's its ROI? What are your best metrics and why?
