I Think I Can

By

Remember the story of the Little Engine That Could? The little engine's mantra of "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can" is credited for helping him over the big hill, pulling all the dolls and toys. Surely he couldn't have made it had he been puffing, "I think I can't."

CUES President/CEO Fred Johnson captured this wonderful video at CEO Institute III, held last month at the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. In it, presenter Alexander Horniman, professor of business administration at Darden, described how "limitations are in our own heads."

In your experience, when has thinking you can paid off?

Thanks to Christopher Stephenson and Theran Michaelis, who made the video in this post possible!
