Ideas for ensuring the future of our industry
Bill Kennedy believes that readying young professionals to lead credit unions into the future is a critical undertaking. Because of this, Kennedy, CFO of $468 million Securityplus Federal Credit Union, Baltimore, wrote an article for CUES, "The Triple Win Of Young Professionals Serving As Board Members." The article received a great deal of traffic and a high number of comments. In this video, Kennedy addresses responses to the article and puts forth additional ideas about how to support young credit union leaders in becoming the leaders credit unions need for a successful future.
